Why does Openside use outside expert partners?

We’ve found from years of experience that often the best talent and capabilities come from a variety of situations and locations. By creating a team of dedicated Expert Partners, we’ve built a community of the best, who all are trained and certified in everything we’ve implemented over the years to best help you meet your goals.

How will I communicate with my Expert during implementation? 

We provide a private slack channel, dedicated video conferencing (with the option to record your meetings), and a project management framework. Keeping everything top of mind and current are key to helping each implementation go smoothly, and we’ve built in multiple layers of communication to make sure that happens.

What does Openside do for me?

We provide a tried-and-true framework for all your implementation needs to go smoothly and efficiently. Each certified expert in our implementation circle are certified to do great work, and a continuous feedback loop ensures communication stays open and current.
